Winston Woman Allegedly Shoots at Relatives

Deputies say Tiffany Moline was keeping her family members hostage behind a camp trailer near their home. If they tried to leave, Cheap Tiffany Jewelryshe fired her gun. But officers were able to negotiate with her.
